There once was a small family-owned business on a side-street near the center of the city.  As time passed, the construction industry boomed.  

The land under their business grew in value.  They received an offer that they couldn’t refuse.  For a time, they were living the high-life.  

They didn’t plan well, however, and they ended up broke.  That’s right.  They were flat broke.  Maybe they took their good fortune for granted.  

Plan well and be diligent because nobody wants to be broke.

한때 도심 인근 골목길에 가족이 운영하는 소규모 사업장이 있었다.  시간이 지나면서 건설업계가 호황을 누렸다. 

건설업계 사업 하에 있는 토지 가치가 상승했다. 그 가족은 거절할 수 없는 제안을 받았다. 한동안, 그들은 상류층 생활을 누렸다. 

하지만 그들은 좋은 계획을 세우지 못했고 결국은 파산했다. 그렇다. 그들은 완전히 빈털터리가 되었다. 어쩌면 그들은 그들의 행운을 당연하게 여겼을 것이다. 

누구도 빈털터리가 되는 것을 원하지 않으니 계획을 세우고 부지런하자.
