Expensive purchases are rarely paid for in-full. It’s just too hard for most people to put down that much cash.
The normal method is to provide a significant amount of money, first, or up-front. It’s not full payment. It’s a percentage of the total cost.
Typically, the greater the down payment, the lower the interest rate on the remainder of the bill.
It’s wise to provide as big of a down payment as possible. Then, the monthly payments will be reduced. Save up for a down payment!
