Actual coin and paper currency were long ago supported by an equal amount of gold in storage at the banks.  We no longer live in those conditions.  

For the money you have in your pocket, there is no gold waiting at the bank.  There is no actual physical support for our money.  It’s just painted paper and pieces of metal with numbers on them.  

Let’s take the next step and go digital!  There’s no need for any gold, dollars or coins.  Maybe it’s time to switch to digital currency.

실제 동전과 지폐는 오래전에 은행에 보관된 동일한 양의 금에 의해 존재했었다. 우리는 이제 더 이상 그런 조건에 살고 있지 않다. 

주머니에 있는 돈으로 은행에 있는 금을 기대하지 않는다. 우리 돈에 대한 실제 물질적으로 존재하지 않는다. 단지 종이와 금속 조각 위에 숫자들이 그려져 있을 뿐이다. 

다음 단계로 넘어가 디지털로 전환하자! 금, 달러, 동전은 필요 없다. 이제 디지털 화폐로 전환할 때가 된 것 같다.
