Our city streets, highways, bridges and tunnels are paid for with taxpayer money.  

The maintenance and service of this infrastructure is the responsibility of the government and bureaucrats in charge.  

Taxpayers have to ask, “Why are the roads so damaged?”  Consumers have already paid for this infrastructure and they continue to pay.  

It’s fair to say that the government is not doing a very good job at fixing some of the bad conditions very quickly.  

Perhaps it is the responsibility of city Mayors.  They have the authority to get the job done.  Let’s see it!

이런 사회기반시설들의 유지 및 서비스는 정부와 담당 공무원들의 책임이다. 

우리 납세자들은 “왜 도로가 이렇게 훼손 되었습니까?” 라고 물어야 한다. 소비자들은 이미 이런 사회기반시설에 대한 비용을 납부했고 또 계속 납부하고 있다. 

정부가 좋지 않은 상황들을 신속하게 해결하지 않고 있다고 말하는 것은 타당하다. 

아마도 이것은 시장들의 책무일 것이다. 그들은 그 임무를 수행해야 할 지휘권을 가지고 있다. 잘 수행되는지 어디 보자!
