The worldwide pandemic COVID-19 created economic havoc.  Many governments made efforts to help their citizens in various ways.  One way was for the government to provide money to the people.  

So many people received a stimulus check from the government.  The plan was to help people by stimulating the economy.  Give people some money to spend.  Even children were accounted for.  

Did it help people?  Sure.  Did it help the economy?  That’s still unknown.

전 세계적으로 유행하는 코로나 바이러스는 경제적 혼란을 야기했다. 많은 정부들이 여러 가지 방법들로 시민들을 돕기 위해 노력했다. 한 가지 방법으로는 정부가 국민들에게 돈을 제공하는 것이었다. 

그렇게 해서 많은 사람들이 정부로부터 재난지원금을 받았다. 그 계획은 경제를 활성화하여 사람들을 돕는 것이었다. 사람들에게 쓸 돈을 주었다. 심지어 아이들도 계상되었다. 

재난지원금이 사람들에게 도움이 되었나? 물론이다. 경제에 도움이 되었나? 그건 아직 알 수 없다.
