Government is like a giant machine.  It’s actually just people.  People in government make decisions every day that influence the lives of everyone.  

Their decisions affect the environment, culture, and the economy.  They affect the cost of living.  The people who make decisions are hidden in the machine.  

We think of them as one entity, “The Government.”  We cannot forget that they are people and they are not perfect.  

They make decisions based on their own ideas and beliefs.  That affects the money in your pocket.  Consumers must use wisdom when voting.
