“Smartphone Apps”

Who doesn’t have a smartphone?  In Korea, they are ubiquitous.  Smartphone applications used to be mostly free.

It was fun to download new apps, try them, keep the ones we like and delete the rest.  Then for a while there were both free and pay apps.

The pay apps were not too expensive.  Now, things have changed a lot.  So many apps now charge a weekly subscription fee and it’s not cheap.

This trend does not look good for the future.  We are smartphone prisoners!
