Finding the perfect gift for a friend or a family member is not always a piece of cake.​  Sometimes it’s easier to give an envelope holding cash.  Another alternative is a gift certificate.  Many stores offer such certificates in varying amounts.  The certificates can be used toward the purchase of items chosen by the gift recipient. 

Perhaps this feels less impersonal than cash for the giver.  How does it feel for the recipient? 

Maybe it depends on the store.  Maybe it depends on the amount.

아마도 그 어느 상점의 상품권인지에 따라 다를 것이다. 아마도 상품권의 금액에 따라 다를 것이다.
