“Souvenir Gifts” 기념품 선물 

Traveling is a wonderful experience. Visiting a foreign country is educational and fun. At the same time, it’s expensive. Traveling alone or taking a family on vacation can be a heavy financial burden. When family, friends and colleagues expect to receive a souvenir gift, that financial burden becomes much bigger. As much as 50% of the cost of a vacation might be because of buying gifts. It’s too difficult. It must stop. Let’s not expect any gifts at all from travelers.

여행은 멋진 경험이다. 외국을 방문하는 것은 교육적이고 즐겁다. 동시에 돈이 많이 든다. 혼자 여행 하거나 가족과 함께 휴가를 가는 것도 재정적인 부담이 될 수 있다. 가족, 친구, 동료들이 기념품 선물 받기를 기대한다면, 그 재정적 부담은 훨씬 더 커진다. 휴가 비용의 50%는 선물들을 사는 것에 차지할지도 모른다. 정말 어려운 일이다. 멈춰야 한다. 여행객들에게 어떤 선물도 기대하지 말도록 하자.
